Deposit:
A 10% deposit is required at the time of ordering, and it is non-refundable once the order has been placed.
Changes to the Order:
Any changes or modifications to the order must be requested and confirmed within 48 hours from the time of order placement.
Additional Orders:
Additional orders placed after the initial order will require an additional deposit, which will be communicated and specified accordingly.
Refunds:
No refunds will be provided unless explicitly stated otherwise in these terms and conditions or as required by law.
Guarantee:
We offer a guarantee of 10 years on the overall installation and performance of our doors and windows.
– Frame Guarantee: We provide a 10-year guarantee on the frames of our doors and windows.
– Glass Guarantee: The glass used in our installations is guaranteed for a period of 5 years.
– Hardware Guarantee: Hardware components such as handles, hinges, and letterboxes are covered by a 1-year guarantee.
